CEO pay data is correct, to the best of our knowledge, as of June 2020. Gender pay gap data is correct, to the best of our knowledge, as of the 2019/2020 reporting date. Information regarding union recognition and Living Wage employer status have been gathered, to the best of our ability, up to summer 2020. Annual minimum wage is calculated as 35 hours per week at the 2019/2020 rate.
